Romantic wedding traditions?

Hi, I'm looking for some suggestions on romantic wedding traditions or ideas. Something extra we can do at some point through our day together. It also doesn't matter where it originates from but if it helps Im english and my fiance is Italian. We are also already thinking of releasing two white Doves to symbolise ever lasting love.
