Are these signs of a strained marriage?

my friend is 31 and has both his wife and daughter's name tattooed on his arm but his daughter's name is artistically done with flowers nd doves dedicated to her while the wife has skulls made near her name.though he brings her to public events every time except official events he never holds his wife on the waist as a couple but does hold other women by the shoulder or waist,once they posed with my friend holding her by the neck like that in a pub holding hands but it looked as if he was strangling her and it looked very weird.they are married for 4 years now.and after marriage he seems pretty stressed and quiet while he was very jovial.loves ghastly designs and black on.hes very rich and was a playboy before, his wife is a gym instructor.they saw each other other at a bar.it so happened that a frnd wanted to take pictures of all the tattoos he has on his arms and my frnd's hubby showed of all the tattoos giving stress on his kid's tattoo and the bible verse photographed separately but apparently he didnt care to show his wife's tattoo nor got it snapped whereas he showed all his tattoos to maximum advantage though he saw his wife's tattoo and the frnd also knew of it yet he didnt get it photographed.married for 4 years 3 year kid
