please don't leave any rude comments.. so i'm 15 years old, and 5'1. i started at 215 pound and now i'm down to 209.6!? i feel no change at all, and i still look the same. i lost the weight in about 1-2 weeks. my mom told me she sees a change, but i don't! all i've been eating is salad, toast, meat, and grapefruit and drinking a lot of water. i walk with my grandma, and i just started going to the gym with my mom, but i really don't see a difference and it's really upsetting me because i'm trying hard./:
