How to attract birds to my yard?

Hello there, I photograph birds for fun and am wonder what I can use to attract different birds to my yard or near it, I already see American robins, Chipping sparrows, house sparrows, a few Common crows, European starlings, Brewers blackbirds, and mourning doves. What type of things would attract more crows, cardinals, American Goldfinches, and whatever else? Also, do you have any tips for getting close to birds? thanks I live in Wisconsin btw if that helps
