Please answer me veggetarians/vegans?

Okay I understand why you dont eat meat but if you dont couldnt that cause overpopulations? Which leads to disease or inbalence in nature which inturn kills more animals. Yes you can try to control animals mating habits but theres still going to be animals that you cant control. I know that some people mate animals for food but even if we stopped that there still would be over populations. I have nothing agianst you or anyone im just curious on how you figure it. Also please reply from knowledge not copied and pasted stuff from websites. Thank you
